Is Nudgis compatible with my devices?
Yes, absolutely! Nudgis is designed to be used on all types of devices. Whether you're on a computer (PC, Mac, or Linux), a smartphone, or a tablet, you can access your platform and content without any issues.

Is it possible to live stream on Nudgis?
Yes, Nudgis allows you to live stream your content in several ways! First, through our integrated screen recorder, WebStudio. Additionally, you can live stream with our Miris capture boxes (for the most automated workflow possible) or from any other solution that uses the standard "RTMP" protocol, including the open-source software OBS for which we have a dedicated plugin. Just like with recordings, Nudgis live streams will offer your audience the ability to interact and share resources in real-time! Please note, however, that Nudgis is not a virtual classroom, video conferencing, or webinar solution.

Who can view my content on Nudgis?
Nudgis provides very granular permission management and total control over who can access your content. You can precisely define who can access which videos using our particularly advanced user profiles and permissions system. What's more, we're compatible with many SSO (Single Sign-On) systems to make configuration easier! As part of its integration with LMS platforms, Nudgis is also compatible with the LTI protocol, which automatically syncs permissions with those already defined in your Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, Ilias, Brightspace, etc., for a completely secure experience for you and a seamless experience for your audience.

Can I customise my Nudgis platform?
Nudgis offers numerous graphical customisation options so your platform perfectly matches your brand identity (logo, colours, intros, widget layout, etc.). You can also create an unlimited hierarchy of channels and sub-channels to organise your content, each of which can also have its own specific customisation. These statistics are accessible for the periods of your choice and at various levels: for the entire portal, by channel, by content creator, or by user, all of which can be exported as a CSV file for even deeper analysis.

What languages are available on the Nudgis platform?
The Nudgis interface is currently available in 6 languages to accommodate an international audience, and more will be added soon! Additionally, the platform includes automated transcription and translation features for subtitles, available in around one hundred languages, to make your content more accessible, improve its indexing, and increase its reach.

What's the difference between Nudgis and an open-source solution?
Unlike open-source solutions, Nudgis is a ready-to-use, fully managed, and secure platform run by UbiCast. You get dedicated technical support, regular updates with innovative features, and a service guarantee, without the development and maintenance constraints associated with open-source software. Nudgis gives you the peace of mind and performance of a professional solution!
Also, a free license doesn't mean the solution is free! You must consider the associated costs: server costs and time spent on maintenance, which can be offset by a SaaS solution.
Nudgis still has a very comprehensive and open API to allow administrators to create custom actions and workflows, and UbiCast provides many free-to-use scripts to help with their implementation.
