Will there be any post-billing?
Never! No post-billing, no tacit renewal! All orders placed with UbiCast are formally committed by the customers through an official process. There are no hidden costs!

What kind of support does UbiCast offer?
You benefit from unlimited support, by ticket via our Support Centre, or by phone. In addition, a user forum is available to talk to the UbiCast community, as well as help articles and video tutorials on our help centre, UbiCast Help, to guide you in using our solutions. Please note that our multilingual Support team is based in France and is committed to answering your questions as quickly as possible.

Is the user database limitless?
Of course! The Nudgis platform (whether deployed locally or hosted on our cloud) allows you to add and create as many user accounts as you need. This database is unlimited (as is the tree structure of channels/subchannels you wish to create).

How long does a UbiCast subscription last?
By default, licenses are offered as annual subscriptions, without tacit renewal. However, you can request a multi-year commitment if you wish.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
The UbiCast team is here to help you find the perfect package that meets your needs. It will be possible to switch to a lower package at the time of your annual renewal. If you need to, you can also upgrade to a higher package during the year, which can then be calculated on a pro rata basis.

Can I increase the storage space while keeping my plan?
Absolutely! You can order as much extra storage as you need, when you subscribe, renew or even during the year!

Is it possible to migrate data from my existing platform?
Yes, it is! This may require a study by our technical team to be sure, but it is perfectly possible to retrieve your existing content.
In fact, we've already done so from a number of third-party platforms, including Inwicast Mediacenter, Kaltura, Panopto, Mediasite and POD.
For those who want to, our API is also available so you can do it by yourself for free! -
What deployment options are available?
The Nudgis platform is available to you in various forms:
- on the "UbiCloud" to enable you to benefit from a SaaS offer, we take care of everything for you! (GDPR compliant hosting, updates, premium support, etc.)
- on-prem so that you can install it in-house on your own existing servers (premium support also available as an option if you want to delegate updates to us and benefit from faster response times)
- customised approaches can also be studied to meet your specific needs (hybrid cloud and local or local deployment disconnected from the Internet for security reasons, for example). Please, contact our Sales team to discuss your requirements!
